10” emulsion line, central Alberta, Canada, 11% sour, clean line, displace product, run live tool in water, evaluate log, emergency repairs, hydro test line, install liner, hydro test, recommission. Required turnaround from live tool run to recommisssion was 4 weeks
Hydro test 8” oil line, central Saskatchewan, Canada, displace with water, put on test, slow leak, perform 7 excavations to freeze line to determine which end leak is at, replace joint due to poor seam without displacing water using freeze plug.
Rehabilitate, 8” line from suspended to re-licensed status.
10” crude oil line, central Alberta, Canada, emergency repairs of 37 areas completed in 1 day.
